Dr Xu is so easy to talk to and very pleasant. Made me feel very comfortable. I've always had great experiences at rothman.

Prompt, little waiting. But, Dr XU mentioned a “pillow?” He never ordered it for me!!! I would appreciate it very much for my SPINE!!! I would not go back to this doctor! He had several X-rays!, never went over them with me!! Gave me script but it was ineffective! I would never go back to this doctor! He appeared incompetent!!!
I’ve been seeing Dr Xu for a couple years, and even though we’ve moved out of the area, I’ve got no thoughts of changing physicians. Dr Xu always takes time with me to listen to my concerns and explains in “patient language” what the X-rays show and how we should go forward with treatment. He makes me feel that I’m part of the plan, is empathetic and always greets me with a smile and sincere handshake. I enthusiastically recommend Dr Xu. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
