My husband and I really appreciate Dr Wei's approach and knowledge. He is helping both our children who have additional needs. They are always happy to visit him and the practise. Em at the front desk is warm and welcoming. We are always happy to see him also. He knows his stuff, talks about the pros and cons of each option. We followed him from a previous place of business and are happy we did. Thanks :)

Robert has been looking after both our children for years. We followed him from his previous place of employment to here because he is that good. He is kind to us, our children and his staff. Both our children have additional needs so his gentle and inclusive approach really helped them and us feel comfortable. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and willing to share as little or as much information as you want to know about the different options you have. Thank you Robert, Linda and staff.

I attended Dr Wei’s office for an initial consult and was impressed by Dr Wei’s bedside manner and friendliness. He really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about what you’re hoping to achieve. I liked that he didn’t try to “push” treatment if he didn’t think I needed it. He promptly sent me through a report the following day for me to consider. Highly recommend!

Recently had Rob fit my son for a custom mouthguard. Fabulous service with less than a week turnaround with a fabulous range of colours and customisation to choose from. Rob provided excellent care and checked that the mouthguard fitted perfectly. We will definitely be using Wei Orthodontics again, maybe my son will get a less obvious mouthguard than the half pink and white one he chose this time!
