Dr. Lu is a very qualified provider. He is also very kind and empathetic. He shows that he really cares for his patients. He pays attention to all details. He has always answered all my questions with much kindness. I highly recommend him.
what I love about the experience was the post op appt. He was able to explain, sit down take his time and explain everything. A treatment what was found during the colonoscopy and endoscopy. He used lay terms and he did not rush.
