The receptionist is impolite and not willing to help. I called the office on March 25, 2023 at 3:00pm and noticed that office closed for about 2 weeks. I have to request my Phramacy to prescribe Rosuvastatin for me. I callled the office for appointment from April 18 to April 22 around 9:15am everyday, but nobody answer my call. April 24, 2023, I called the office again at 9:20am, the receptionist answered and scheduled my appointment on May 12, 2023. How can I get the medicine to control the chlesterol?

I had the worst experience with him because I came with a dislocated knuckle and he checked it telling me that I needed to get an x ray to make sure it was dislocated. After I completed the x ray he said to come back to his office so I waited for a whole hour while he tended other patients. When he came out I asked if He was going to take a look at hand and take care of it that day, he then said he would take a look at the x rays and call me back with the results. This guys a gold digging doctor if you want a real diagnosis I suggest not going to him at all. I had stomach acid problems and came to get consulted and told him how I was experiencing gastrointestinal problems causing me to feel like puking everytime I woke up every morning because my stomach acid would reach my esophagus. Dr Wei has been our family doctor for many years. Our experience with him was very good. He never made us book unnecessarily appointments so he could get more money. On the contrary, he tried to save us from making an extra trip if not necessary. For example, after the annual check up he doesn’t call us back if there is no concerns. If there is any concern, he calls immediately. If the results are good, he shares with us during our next visit. A very considerate and loving doctor.
