The NEVER pick up the phone. I watch them in store. At least 10 associates standing around. Nobody to pick up a phone.

Staff are amicable, and professional. When I asked a question of the staff he consulted someone else about my question too which I thought was cool because I was looking for guidance and I appreciated the collaboration! They are also helpful when you have questions or can’t find what you’re looking for on the floor. The phone was a little bit of a long wait time.
