This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! Takes days to get a script that is called in by your doctor!!! They send you text messages asking if you want to refill a script you message back so they know to fill it but don’t get another text back for weeks stating it’s ready for pick up!!! What is the hold up really?? It shouldn’t take that long to get the script contact the insurance and put a label on a bottle!! Worst pharmacy in the area. Terrible customer service. After telling them twice to order a high deductible medication that we needed ASAP I called to check on the progress of the order and when I could expect it to be ready for pick up I was told they were waiting for a response from me because it was a high deductible prescription. When I told them that I already told them to order it, once in person and once by phone I got no explanation asto why it wasn't ordered. And in turn they lost my business.
