Very helpful and considerate pharmacy. I came to fill a medication for my father and we were told it would cost almost 500 and Adam helped me understand what my options were. He helped me find a program to get the med to 25 dollars. We have always had good experiences filling here. The staff are all consistently kind and knowledgeable even as their staff have changed over the years. The staff are always so personable and knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to get my prescriptions here . I feel they are always so helpful . Each pharmacist is always willing to answer questions and look up information about new drugs that may be prescribed. Wegmans is the best place to get medication s.

I've always had good experiences with the pharmacists and techs. In my experience, it's rare to have issues getting meds filled/refilled.

After using Wegmans Pharmacy for several years, I have decided to move away from their service due to consistently poor experiences. The staff has been irresponsible and unhelpful—on multiple occasions, they claimed to have sent a request to doctor, but I later found out that they had not. As a result, I’ve had to pay out of pocket while waiting for pre-authorization approval from the insurance.
