Customer service skills and just general communication ability of the staff working Sunday, October 26, 2025 around 10 AM leave much to be desired. I say “hello, how are you?“ And the reply was “picking up?“ At the end of the conversation I say “thank you have a great day.“ the reply is nothing just staring at the computer screen. It let me schedule for a covid vaccine, and only until I later, after booking an appointment, when I happened to check for prices, I was told I wasn't eligible to get their covid vaccine because it only qualifies for those 65 and older.
Excellent customer service!!!
We needed an antibiotic for our baby just before they closed. Randy, one of the pharmacists, stayed late to help me get it filled. Very professional and helpful!
