This was my first interaction with them. My first question was to ask whether they had a specific medication IN STOCK. They said yes, so I asked if they could transfer my prescription. They said yes I went and did my shopping and returned about 30 minutes later. They had not completed the transfer but said it would take about another hour. Really disappointed in the last experience. Was told 20 minutes an hour after the script was sent in — fine. With one else around, it still was not ready over 30 minutes later. Will no longer be filling here as a primary
Your pharmacist must be brand new, because she was totally out of line in my vaccine appointment. Instead of asking me about my preferences such as which arm I wanted my vaccine in, if she could touch my shirt sleeve, etc, she made assumptions and was demeaning and rude. I’m very dissatisfied with my pharmacy experience.
Wegmans pharmacy should NOT be trying to refill older prescriptions for meds no longer used. Contacting doctors for those refills and wasting everyone’s time . The patient decides not the pharmacy.
