This pharmacy is an absolute joke if you need prescriptions transferred. My child needs medications transferred from another state semi-frequently and it’s absolutely like pulling teeth. They ask for it to be done in the app. Tied that and it never happens/works. I have to call, usually 2-3 times, before it happens. Each time I call they act like this is the first time they are hearing about it. No refrigerated rx’s can be delivered. The same with a controlled substance. Usually I’m in a wheelchair and sometimes I can use a cane to walk in. The first time I went into the store I did not get a motorized wheelchair. Definitely my fault. The line was long and it was quite a wait. Not very accommodating to a new customer with over 12 prescriptions.
Not what I expected
It takes a bit to get someone on the phone, but once you do, these North Country folks are the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. It's almost like being on another planet compared to Baltimore and Washington DC.
