I received a text about an issue with my prescription. It could not be filled without PRIOR AUTHORIZATION from my insurance company. My insurance does not cover this prescription so I have been self-paying for it for over a year and a half. When I called and explained this, the person on the phone stated that my savings card required PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
