Wegmans pharmacy is my go-to for my family's healthcare needs. The pharmacists and techs are top-notch and always have a smile on their faces. It’s so convenient to have such a reliable pharmacy right inside my favorite grocery store. They truly make a chore feel like a pleasant visit.
Doctor changed the script for my mother’s medications at the beginning of the month. When the medication was shipped to my mother it was based on her old script. I called the pharmacy and explained that there had been a med error. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist both agreed that there had been an error but did not seemed concerned or worried that an error had occurred. Both stated that they could not fix the error.
