I can't honestly give a 1 because I have used them before with no problem. Most of the staff are super friendly and efficient (one is not; don't know why they keep her). But twice this week, being very ill, I got to sit on a hard wooden bench and wait 15-25 minutes (plenty of time given between prescription being sent and pickup 'attempt').
Friendly. Long lines but it moves quick. Reliable. Nice people. They deal with a lot of volume so have patience
