This has been a nightmare. I have wasted hours this year trying to sort out issues between Wegmans Pharmacy, Wegmans Home Delivery, and Wegmans Mail Order. I am constantly sent in circles, one department tells me to call another, and when I do, that department tells me to call the first. There is no clear oversight between these three areas, which leads to repeated confusion and frustration. Constant issues. There's one woman that really goes out of her way in a kind a patient way. Today, a different person was rushing me off the line and trying to send me to mail order. And mail order is, of course, sending me full circle back to call Wegman's pharmacy. Now I'm without medication, I can't be without. There's no way this is a 5 star pharmacy. I've wasted hours of my life... hours... !!! trying to get the basics coordinated for home delivery and mail order from Wegman's pharmacy.
