Picking up my medication is becoming a headache.I switched from rite aid the first red flag is when my son had a increase in dosage and a human error was made telling me it’s to soon to fill it .He went from 2.5 to 5 but the 2.5 was a 5 broken in half .Now the problem is when I get the medication.For both kids ..Cause both on controlled substance medication and they won’t allow filling 2/3 days early ...The WHOLE HOUSEHOLD on medication .I always been allowed to get medication a couple days early 2/3 with no problems.But thi... read more
broadly speaking, they are a great pharmacy. There are smart people working there. But I do not understand why they can't keep emergency, life saving medications in stock especially since they know their customer base. Its greedy of the company not to do that when they know they have customers coming in there who rely on those medications. If the dairy dept knows how much milk they need, why can't the pharmacy keep medicines in stock that we need to be alive, such as glucagon, such as novolog. Wegmans Pharmacy can get some of my prescriptions that other nationally known brands can't seem to source. The Pharmacists are good and go the extra mile to let you know about anything important that may have changed with your prescriptions. Overall very satisfied with the services they provide.
