These staffers are so incompetent they cannot perform a simple task. I spoke with 3 different individuals over a 2 month period requesting my file be closed as I have moved from the area. I'm still getting texts and phone calls about overdue prescriptions. They conduct themselves like street corner drug dealers.
They had 4 days to fill 3 scripts. Go to pick the up... NOT 1 SCRIPT was ready. 45 min wait no one else waiting. The place is the worst
Wegmans pharmacy hours are great seven days a week i like that.
Many props to Sid J. I'm so used to being rushed at pharmacies and feeling like a number. Sid had top notch customer service and went above and beyond for me - saving me a second trip by getting two different prescriptions filled for me...also noticed the few groceries I had and OFFERED to scan them for me there - which no one at a pharmacy has ever done for me. The little things are very much appreciated- and I super appreciate the time he saved me and pleasantries.
It is inhumane not to keep glucagon in stock regardless of when a person orders it. This is an emergency kit and you are a pharmacy that is supposed to know your patients needs and stock accordingly. This medication prevents death, brain damage, coma and seizure in type 1 diabetics. Corporate Wegmans refuses to keep it in stock, relying instead on a Just In Time ordering system which causes a delay. This could cause death, a lifetime of hospice and many other horrible things.
