Exceptional service; has always been attentive and there's never a wait. Reliable source of prescriptions that have proven difficult to obtain consistently elsewhere due to the distribution network.
I don’t recommend using this pharmacy regularly. Pharmacy manager was very rude when I got out of work late and wanted to check if I could get my prescription as they were closing. Also, pharmacists will not make any exceptions when by law exceptions are allowed in certain circumstances. Will never come back here again and I encourage others to look elsewhere for a regular pharmacy. This one clearly does not care about its patients, when they are so blatantly rude and choose to be unhelpful when it matters most.
Best staff and caring pharmacist, they all go above and beyond!
We used this pharmacy for years, but the customer service and knowledge of the staff have gone downhill. I attribute this to the push towards the call center and to fill scripts through a central service. We finally had to change to another pharmacy after they were unable to meet our expectations. HORRIBLE. Get your prescriptions somewhere else!!! They never have the staff for curbside. I have literally told them SO MANY times to REMOVE medications off of the auto fill list - it still ends up being refilled and messing up my prescription schedule. I’ve even deleted the scripts off the list so it doesn’t happen but it happens EVERY. MONTH.
