Don't waste your time! I called to see if my prescription was ready and they told me to head that way and they'd have it ready in a few minutes. I arrived at the store and they said they don't have the medicine I need. I asked why I was told it would be ready if they didn't have it. They said they have a call center for the pharmacy (I called the pharmacy number) that doesn't have access to what's in stock. Who came up with that system?
Since Wegmans began servicing former Rite Aid customers, something has clearly gone wrong with my prescriptions. I received multiple notifications stating my prescriptions were received, but I never received a notification that they were actually filled. I called and was told the prescriptions would be filled(same day). Within an hour later I received conflicting text messages saying there were issues. Good customer service, and they're never understaffed.
Store quality is going down... can't keep anything in stock, I have to go to Safeway to get garlic paste and ginger paste.... never I. Stock. Seems like alot of items are never I. Stock
This location is disorganized. Better in other towns
