Wonderful pharmacists and technicians.
Great pharmacy, they've had everything I've needed thus far including a prescription that I thought they might not be able to fill. In the times I've needed to call and ask questions, I was only on hold for at max 5 minutes and usually less than that. The staff are friendly, they are knowledgeable and they keep things flowing even when there's a line waiting for people to pick up or drop off prescriptions. Please read the most recent reviews - DO NOT GO BY THE STAR RATING! I am on hold - for the 4th time today - as I write this. This is *literally* the WORST pharmacy. The communication in-house is non-existent. If you or your loved ones need urgent medication, please do not go to this pharmacy. It took me calling everyday, multiple times per day, to get medications transferred from another pharmacy. This is UNUSUAL to say the least. I have deep regrets about going to this pharmacy.
The staff at the counter are always so helpful when I come in. Whether there is a snafu with a refill, an emergency prescription I need quickly, or just a standard pickup, I always feel like the folks here go out of their way in their already busy days to help me out. Line is much shorter than at other pharmacies as well. I’ve also gotten a lot of different prescriptions in the past year, many of them heavily controlled substances, and they’ve always been able to fill them instead of sending me to a different pharmacy.
Just got out of a major surgery which is very painful and my doctors put my medication into this pharmacy. Ive been sitting in a car for 40 plus minutes waiting for my pain meds while they tell my wife it’s only going to be 10 minutes or so and it’s been 40 plus minutes come on guys and she even told them I’m sitting in a car after waiting because I just had surgery. Maybe speed it up alitlle seein the circumstances.
