I don’t recommend this Wegmans in Owings Mills. Very unprofessional experience, including a rude manager and a customer whose behavior felt clearly racist. Not a welcoming environment at all.
For arguably the best grocery store in the area, this pharmacy is BY FAR the worst pharmacy in the owings mills area. The staff is always polite, and I give them the benefit of the doubt because they are very busy usually, but after countless amounts of second chances given, I will not be using them again. I would highly recommend anyone with children, or that needs critical medication for themselves consider going elsewhere for their own well being. It takes an insanely long time to fill any medication. Like days to weeks. Enough time that I usually have to go beg them for it just so I don’t run out.
this is the worst pharmacy experience i've ever had in my life. i have been here for two hours waiting for a prescription that was filled two weeks ago. first it took them an hour to fill it after saying it would be 30 mins. then, i attempted to come into the pharmacy to get my order and was moved out of the way because i couldn't find a picture of my ID. I then waited on hold for curbside for another 20 minutes. i have never had an issue with this place before but i will actually never be back again. this is insane
Don't waste your time! I called to see if my prescription was ready and they told me to head that way and they'd have it ready in a few minutes. I arrived at the store and they said they don't have the medicine I need. I asked why I was told it would be ready if they didn't have it. They said they have a call center for the pharmacy (I called the pharmacy number) that doesn't have access to what's in stock. Who came up with that system?
