I’ve been underwhelmed by Wegmans in the last half a year or so. I’ve had at least 3 produce purchases that were inedible and I had to throw away. I didn’t come in and return it, it’s just a hassle. Today I bought a spicy Turkey and avocado sandwich for $12. There was no avocado. Just a micro thin layer of some guac sauce. Wegmans, your quality is slipping and I definitely notice. I got my sandwich premade and it as already gone by the time I noticed. What a shame.
I get all my prescriptions and vaccinations at Wegmans Fairmount Pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. They're also patient. Pharmacists are happy to provide information about new drugs or even answer questions about drugs you've been taking for some time. The texting option for letting you know when a prescription is due for filling and when it's ready to be picked up works very efficiently. I used to have zero issues here. Ive used them 15 years, but Im switching as of now. Over the past 4-5 months almost every script i have ( 6-8 per month) has not sent notifications for auto refill as it once did, and when it does it ends up taking me calling them to check on it for them to refill otherwise it gets stuck in a “processing” phase. Additionally, when im out of refills i would have no problem using the option to have them request an updated script from my dr, but now they just dont call and ive had to call my dr ... read more
