Charlene was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience at the pharmacy a great one. It was clear that she genuinely cared and wanted to assist. Excellent service!
I think this pharmacy is over-used and/or under-staffed. They are very slow in filling prescriptions, and there is always a long line. My experience with their customer service has also been sub-par. The text alerts are nice, but not consistent, and when I've had to call them they do not communicate well.
