They make you pay for their mistakes. I sent my wife to pick up a couple of prescriptions. A few days later I noticed that it wasn't clearing from the portal and called them to let them know it was still showing as not picked up. Apparently their cashier hadn't properly scanned one of the medicines so my wife didn't pay for it. How was I rewarded with this call? When you have no choice and have to go through drive thru and there's only 1 lane. Make the service to be 5 minutes per customer. Is ridiculous. Some people can't cart all 3 kids by themselves just to grab medicine. Wegmans DO BETTER! Make better choices!
Absolutely terrible . Prescription never gets filled on its own. I have to call every single time j have a refill and it's never the full prescription. Absolute joke.
