Absolutely terrible . Prescription never gets filled on its own. I have to call every single time j have a refill and it's never the full prescription. Absolute joke.
When you have no choice and have to go through drive thru and there's only 1 lane. Make the service to be 5 minutes per customer. Sitting in a line for 30 mins. Is ridiculous. And if you argue with a customer then call security 🙄 Some people can't cart all 3 kids by themselves just to grab medicine. Wegmans DO BETTER!
To be honest, I had a good experience there for quite a while, but the last few months it's been so bad that I either don't have my pills ready that day or the next day or they don't have enough to fill a whole prescription. It's just not been very helpful to me whatsoever. So I switch stores. I feel bad. I used Wegmans for many many years from when it was back on chili avenue down by Walgreens, but I just can't do it. It's just too frustrating
