I can't find a competent person who can explain to me why after signing up 4 or 5 times for home delivery it continues to fail to deliver and tells me meds are ready for pickup. This is for my 92-year-old mother who can't get out of the house and I'm down with surgery. Completely unreliable. They literally tell me we don't know why. Totally unacceptable! I'm moving my business to Walgreens
