Nowhere to park for curbside pickup. They really need to monitor “pickup” parking spots. It’s the same in Perinton and Pittsford. Shoppers are inconsiderate, so Wegmans needs to step up and start enforcing, Otherwise what’s the point in offering curbside?
Will never order from this location again. I call to speak to a manager about a very small request. No complaints and I can hear the employee in the background talking about ME in a negative light to the night manager as I'm speaking to him. What a disgraceful arrogant group of people who cannot get a simple delivery order complete. Lyell Ave has no issue with the same order. Just East Ave. Disgusting service. Do not order a thing from this place. Idk what's worse the parking structure or the customer service.
