If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would! While we love the whole Northborough store, this is specifically about their pharmacy. After a major health issue last year, I'm on a few meds- most are reasonably priced and covered well by insurance, but a couple are not. One in particular is very pricey indeed (and roughly 5 times what the exact same thing costs in Canada, but that's not the point). Never in a million years did I think I would write this. After 20 minutes wandering around the store looking for my child that I was separated from I asked the customer service representative Christina to page her. She is 11 years old so I wasn't too concerned. Christina said it was against store policy to page. By now my ice-cream was melting so I returned it and continued to look for my child.
