Store is clean and staff is very helpful.
So I was in a big hurry today when getting my sub. There were not a lot of people in line and a lot of people "working." I said that I was in a hurry and placed a very simple order. It took like 5 minutes just to get my sub I could've made in 5 seconds. Then I slip on the floor on my way out since I was in even MORE of an extreme hurry, and thanks to you guys I missed my bus.

I always visit Brockport Wegmans when I’m in town and happy to have one now near me in Burlington, MA. I found everything I wanted except cheese bread. I love it toasted for breakfast. Anyway the bakery staff said they don’t make it anymore so I walked out slightly disappointed but when I came back through to head back to New England on Monday they had plenty in the bakery. Just an FYI because your staff should probably be more aware of what’s in their department. Everything else was great though. Thanks
This place puts our stores back in NC to shame great place and very nice people and a lot of great food and items to pick from we need one of there down here in Nc for sure 🙂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mr. Wegman and company, today I drove home from working in Rochester thinking about food that I "can feel good about". I was looking forward to coming to Wegmans for your Chinese buffet for dinner, and was sadly disappointed by the empty buffet at 5 PM, the peak of dinner hour. The little bit of food that was there was old and dry, looked like it was left over from lunch, and undoubtedly containing bacteria. I took pictures of the buffet if you would like to see them. I will be sharing them on Facebook.
I LOVE Wegmans! Brockport was my home Wegmans for years- I even worked there for awhile years ago. Moved to SC 20 years ago, but go to Wegmans every time I come home. Best chunk light tuna ever- I buy 16-24 cans to last me til my next trip! Will stop in Williamsport on our way home. Even went to the new one in Midlothian, VA when I was there a year ago! Please come to SC!!
I am a loyal Wegmans shopper and have always bought my turkey from you, but this year, it was the fattiest bird ever! Big chunks of fat in the cavities and big splotches of it under the skin. Never seen anything like this. It looks like a different brand! I spent 30 minutes de-fatting this turkey which makes me behind schedule, I took pictures of the plate of fat I took off and will be showing Wegmans when I get a chance. Please don't buy this brand again!! I hope it will taste ok but I am saddened by this.
