I don't know how any one can stand to go into the front, right side door and still buy food. The septic smell is so bad it turns my stomach and the last thing I want to do is buy food!! Come on people!! This started back when they had the septic torn up months ago and needs to be fixed. Wegmans is my favorite food store and to have to stop shopping there because of a problem that could be fixed, it's just plain poor management!!!!
Just saw the worst display of customer service at the Wegmans in Corning. A woman ahead of me in the checkout tried to use her gift cards to pay for a purchase and had some difficulty executing the transaction. The head cashier was called over and told the woman that Wegmans didn't have anything to do with her gift cards and that she had to call the number on the back of the card. Ordered a baby shower cake! OMG Wegman's make the most Delicious cakes! Had a raspberry and lemon filling. Soooooo good! Thank You Wegman's!
It's a shopping experience! Love the selection and the ambience .
Pharmacy is horrible. Nothing is ever on time. They never call with an issue just wait for you to come when its supposed to be ready to tell you that its not and you have to wait longer. Absolutely horrible every time
They catered our son's rehearsal dinner. Great service, fresh food, rave reviews!!
I am SO pleased with wegmans. The catering employees are phenomenal. I called today at noon with fingers crossed that I could order two sushi platters for tonight (the brochure says to give 24 hours notice). She checked with The sushi department and said absolutely they will have it ready for me By six!!!!! AND their sushi is TO DIE FOR!!!!!! Go wegmans!!!
