I took a time out at the seafood bar. The gentleman waiting on me was delightful. The wine was well selected and the soup was EXCELLENT, crab corn chowder. Better yet it was Happy Hour. Just what I needed on a nasty rainy cold evening. THANKS Wegman's.
Awful experience. tried to return an item that was purchased same day. Spoke to woman and acted like it was no problem, went shopping while we waited for the manager. Came back and was told policy says no, even though product was purchased same day. Never coming back
I checked in on facebook as being at Wegmans and they asked for a review. I sat up stairs with my 3 kids. The 2 bigger ones played in the kids area with the toy train while I fed the baby. My husband did the shopping. They have very nice family restrooms. They are quite convenient when I had to change the baby and take all the kids with me.
The cafe downstairs fithy, clean trays nect to food bar were covered with rice and other food debris, table tops and soda machine countertop covered with trash etc. , the tabletops and floor under tables coveted in food debris. DIRTY. talked to Cafe manager no excuses for area and Store manager was in meeting
Be careful if you clip coupons to your Wegman's card and double check them at checkout against what is rung up. 2 of my clipped coupons didn't show up on the register, but a manager came and made it right!! :)
Best supermarket ever!! If I had a choice I'd shop here everyday!
