staff is friendly, store is very clean, store brand products are better than name brand, excellent organic section, the family packed items are a steal, excellent produce selection, VERY nice beer selection, all around, it's a very enjoyable shopping trip every time. even the other customers are pleasant, smile, and use manners unlike some other big box stores I won't mention. there is hardly ever a long wait in line, they actually have cashier's at the majority of the isles. the fact they don't have any moronic check yourse... read more
As a Buffalo boy living in NE Ohio, this is my closest Wegmans. As anyone from the 716 can tell you there are just some local foods and flavors you can’t really find elsewhere and when you get a craving for them, good ole Wegmans is there with my Sahlen’s dogs, Chiavettas marinade, sponge candy and more!
Oh, how I love Wegmans. They have everything. I am from Erie but I live in LA. Nothing - and I mean NOTHING - here even comes close to Wegmans. I keep hoping that some day they'll open up a store here but until them it is one of my go-to places in Erie for a snack or a meal... or pretty much anything.
Went to Wegmans today, picked up a quarter of a watermelon. The price tag said $5.20. that comes out to $20.80 per melon. I don't care if that thing was grown in a greenhouse in Antarctica, that price is obscene. Shame on you.

Wegmans is the best grocery store anywhere! The layout, the food selection and the PEOPLE who work there are helpful and pleasant. I have moved to Pittsburgh and there is no option and it’s not Wegmans! UGH! So painful! When I am in Erie, it is a stop I will always make. Please come to Pittsburgh or close by!
