Management walking around with coffee cups all day while lines back up and place falls apart. This is no longer the Wegmans that is #1. Its become a poorly run store. Pharmacy has been torn up for several months. You would think Wegmans would hire reliable contractors and get the job done in a short time. Very unorganized with pharmacy in food court. I can see an I do not care attitude by employees as of late.
Can not husk corn anymore. Rude produce management. Ham salad sucks. No longer made by deli. Always out of something. Very dirty celery a few weeks ago. Went to WalMart to get Celery. $6 pasta bowls out of date in case. I am now forced to shop at other stores.
Extremely disappointed with the new store(s) layout and offerings...It would seem that it is in competition with Costco, Sams and BJs...whereas previously could count on it for standing on it's own...Bulk packaging has hurt the small buying (elderly ) consumer and often cannot even get the smaller quantities (Romaine lettuce and green peppers..recent examples) Managers weren't available at my last shopping experience to voice concerns...My checker was understanding and had heard others with similar concerns/complaints...
Lots too choose from. Very Clean. Prices good.
