We need to source many spare parts, which is often tedious and difficult. The CWE guru Chris Brown is the best in the business - and he makes the process enjoyable!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I have bought 2 brand new Wega coffee machine from this company and with not even 6 months use there’s already issues that they apparently don’t cover under warranty and charge sky rocketing prices for!!! Also to mention their service fee of $275 is ridiculous!! Don’t make the same mistake I did and avoid this company!!! Big scam & do not care for their customers. Coffee Works 0/10

Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Following an online search, my initial call to Lynn was answered in seconds. She explained in detail the charges and after payment the service call was booked for the following morning. The technician, Riccardo, was on time and very pleasant to deal with. He quickly identified the problem on the faulty group and replaced parts that he had with him.
