I consulted with and decided to go with this salon based on the reviews online. I went in with high expectations and was mildly discouraged due to the rescheduling and late arrival of the stylist. Plus I had already did a 60% deposit and the deposits are non-refundable. While sitting in the chair, I wasn't sure what to expect. I absolutely love getting my hair done by Hannah! Even when my hair grows out, my highlights blend so seamlessly with my natural hair. She knows exactly what to do with my hair every single time! As a swimmer, my hair is very difficult due to the chlorine in pools. Despite this challenge, I always leave with perfect hair!

Hannah is an absolute hair magic fairy ✨ She’s worked on my extensions twice now, and both experiences have been amazing. Always professional, always top-quality, and the results are consistently fabulous. She blends the extensions so seamlessly and matches my hair color perfectly, no one can ever spot the transition between my natural hair and the extensions. It’s truly incredible. Hannah has been a great stylist to me for the last four years but at my last appointment a chunk of my hair went missing. She seemed rushed and distracted after getting back from maternity leave. She didn’t take the blame and said nothing while I was in the chair until I asked her two days later when styling my hair and finding it. She’s now not accepting a new appointment for my color and won’t provide my hair color I’ve used for four years so I can go somewhere else.
