Atif was very helpful. He gave me lots of information, demonstrated on my laptop how to complete what I was trying to accomplish. He was very patient and.... didn't charge me anything. I would defiantly recommend this company.
I brought my phone in for a battery and back glass replacement. When reassembling the phone they accidentally broke the screen. They did replace it free of charge, however the new screen often freezes and the colours of the aftermarket screen aren’t the same as the original. While I am happy that they repaired my phone and I know accidents happen, I am only rating 2 stars due to the issues I am now experiencing.
Dropped my phone in water and it needed a screen replacement( I knew it was just the screen because it was still making sounds and seemed fully functional except a black screen) I took it here because this is where my mother fixed it before and we had a warranty. This place was incredible!!! So friendly, and extremely informative and soooo helpful! They helped me to transfer all my phone data and change phone plans, and I had absolutely zero issues! I will be back there for any and all phone trouble I may have. I would strongly recommend them to ANYONE!
