Dropped my phone in water and it needed a screen replacement( I knew it was just the screen because it was still making sounds and seemed fully functional except a black screen) I took it here because this is where my mother fixed it before and we had a warranty. This place was incredible!!! So friendly, and extremely informative and soooo helpful! They helped me to transfer all my phone data and change phone plans, and I had absolutely zero issues! I will be back there for any and all phone trouble I may have. I would strongly recommend them to ANYONE!
Dropped off a phone to fix the battery during COVID they said they fixed it then they lost my phone , it had all my important files pictures etc on it , they could care less about helping me or reimburse for the phone they basically stole , Will never trust these thieves again, Fix it Ralph is 1000% times better in terms of customer care and service
These guys are amazing. We had a Desktop that stopped working in the middle of a work day at our business location and we called Wefixit. The technician came in immediately, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He troubleshooted and fixed the issue, he had the parts with him when he arrived. It took him an hour to open up the Cpu, fix it and put it back. Prices are genuine as well. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
Updating my review 3 years later to state that Wefixit Weprintit has upheld their great service. Still the lowest prices in town for a screen replacement and the staff is friendly and efficient.
