I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair when I got it back the Glass wasn’t set right popping off the screen. My volume didn’t work. I brought my phone back. He said he fixed it when I left. My glass ended up falling off the screen. My back glass ended up cracking because the glass wasn’t glued right and was popping off My battery only lasted 20 minutes after leaving that store so there’s some funny business with the battery. I came by yesterday to get my employee and I phone fixed. They were very detailed and very informative. Both repairs only took about an hour in a half to get done. Very reliable and definitely coming back here in the future!
As an older person it can be very difficult to explain a problem. I was overwhelmed by the patience , kindness and helpfulness I received. It was like being with a family person. I wanted to hug the young lady for realizing this was difficult for me and her taking the time to make sure I would be ok using my phone! Thank You !!!
They are absolute lifesavers! My phone was completely destroyed, both the front and back were cracked, and it was literally coming apart. I don’t know how, but they brought it back to life in just 4 hours. It looks brand new!
