My phone needed repaired while visiting PS. When they replaced my sim card tray they charged me $10 then charged me $65 for a new sim reader. Then the next day my phone stopped being responsive and upon bringing it to the repair shop in Phoenix they broke my LCD screen in the process of repairing. Unsure if they knew it or not but they ended up costing me another $175 .

I had a great experience at WeFiix. I needed to replace an old battery for an older iPhone. I called in advance and they let me know that the battery was available and the cost, which was very reasonable. I went there, gave them my phone and they said it would take approximately 30 minutes but in less time than that it was done. Very friendly. Very efficient!
