Got here late, with 4 grandchildren. The two young ladies behind counter were not to enthused that we were there. Had a mediocre variety, I would have expected a wider range being at OBX. Portions were not generous. No tables inside, no tables outside, no lights outside, no bathroom. Asked young ladies to turn on lights we had little children with us and it was dark. Love the coconut ice cream
We had never tried this place, mostly because of the nondescript “ICE CREAM” sign out front. But we had a great experience tonight. The lady who was working tonight (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!), she couldn’t have been nicer. Her recommendations were great. The one scoop size is huge. The price was lower than the other stores in the area. She even gave us a cup of cool whip for our dog who was waiting in the car. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!
This ice cream was amazing! The staff was also really kind and friendly (they provided multiple recommendations)! We will definitely be coming back.
