I sent in a Weems and Plath barograph in for repair. After they got it they said they don’t work on these anymore. This also had the so called lifetime warranty. I asked them to return it to me. They charged me for return shipping. I still haven’t got my barograph back. I’ve emailed them several times and they don’t reply. I’ll never buy another product from this dishonest company.
November 2023 through Feb. 2024: Sent them a warranty claim on an instrument. My instrument has a lifetime warranty. I paid for shipping. After they checked my instrument, they said it could not be repaired and offered me new gauge for over $200!!! I told them I simply wanted a like instrument replacement since it has a lifetime warranty. They said no, I must pat the $200. I refused and asked for my instrument to be sent back to me .
