Very rude and very unprofessional!!!!
They had me come in on a Friday to “update my paperwork” knowing I had an appointment the next Monday. Then wanted to charge me for both days. I haven’t been back since. They’re also quick but not thorough.
Very friendly, nice staff
I have two close friends that have tried to use this agency. It appesrs all they care about is money,not people. This is supposed to be a place for low income people to get help with mental health,but when you are required to pay $35 every time you talk to some one and every time you need to speak to a Dr or NP even if its the same call. This is why so many people are out here suffering from mental health problems because they cant even afford low income help like this is supposed to be.
