Gteat service, Nick the service mgr told me if I got my tractor to him Monday he would let me know something by Wednesday, the next morning the tech called me to get more details on what it was doing and said he was about to start troubleshooting, Thursday a.m. they called me to come get it, wow! I thought I bought myself a dependable subcompact tractor last year. But come to find out it is just a cheap Chinese made tractor that should be dosposed of instead of sold. Ive had several problems with it so far main one is the loader and the loader handle. Secondly the throttle that works when it wants to. The parking brakes quit working, the cruise control never worked properly. The bottom seat has come apart because it was stapled to a thin piece of plastic. LOTS OF EQUIPMENT ON SITE! I wanted to get a nice zero turn mower for my husband for Father's Day and, after much research and input from friends, we decided on a Bad Boy ZT Avenger.
