I used to be a loyal customer here for years, but lately the quality and customer service changed. i am unhappy with the quality of the invites for my son’s birthday, have never had to come back and get them at a later time they usually do it right then and there. 2nd time i went to pick up and there was missing info on invitations which was weird since i sent a pdf and should of been printed from that. 3rd time they had them wrapped up and upon unwrapping them they used regular paper instead of cardstock.
