Was scheduled and came in for an emergency apt. to re attach my permanent retainer that has been dangling in my mouth over the weekend. Dr. weeks didn't want to fix it and tried to sell me new retainers. Then he said he would need 30 minutes to re attach it and that I needed to come back another day. I tried to express how uncomfortable it has been to eat and live a normal life and to please fix it since I just drove all the way to the office. 3 children…..3 sets of braces! Our experience each time was smooth from the first moment we entered the office. The staff was friendly and attentive and Dr. Weeks was always thorough, patient and beyond informative and the results were amazing! Couldn’t be happier!
