Jessica Jacobs is amazing. She's sweet, she listens, she's knowledgeable and honest. I would take her everywhere with me if I could. The office really needs a more efficient way to refill medicine. My pharmacy is never able to reach them which causes delays which causes bigger issues. 72 hours is WAY too long to fill a prescription when they can just answer the phone and approve a refill when my pharmacy makes a direct request. This would result in same day refills for so many people.

Consider yourself lucky if they return your phone call. No one answers the phone lines and you get sent to voicemail. Some of the doctors are good but nurses and staff simply do not care and you can tell. Appointments are invaraibly late, some as late as 45 minutes. I had a nurse appointment and literally no nurses in the department were available to see me. I waited 30 minutes, standing in pain in the hallway, before a nurse from a completely different department had to assist me. She told me she had no idea what she was do... read more

Rural medicine staffing has been at low, urgent levels for years. We are grateful to the doctors and nurses who sacrifice their time (and earning potential) to serve those in need with smaller communities throughout the country. Medical access for the rural population is always helpful. . Thank you for your service!
