Compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable.
I love Dr. Jacobs but her staff is a joke. You have to call multiple times to get a refill. It's ridiculous. You can never speak to a nurse in person on the phone, you have to leave a message and they dont call back. My daughter has been without an inhaler for weeks now. I'm seriously considering looking into a new doctors office but it's a real shame because Dr. Jacobs is wonderful. It's too bad she moved to such a terrible establishment.
Normally, I am not one to leave reviews; however, this is an exception. I read another review about a different doctor and the patient being told they abused medicine. This is 100% true for me too. I transfered here from another state. I have been on 30mg 2 a day ir for almost 2 decades and never had a problem until I came here. Mcgary wrote me 30mg 2 a Dat extended release instead of ir. Admitted to the mistake and rewrote it to once a day, still not ir, still wrong. When I pointed it out because I was searching for a new j... read more
