There is very little privacy in this facility. Doctors and nurses often discuss patients’ cases openly in the hallways, where other patients and visitors can overhear everything. My doctor prescribes me medication, but then I receive a phone call asking why I need it. I don’t understand why a doctor would prescribe medication only to express confusion when the pharmacy calls to inquire about it. One of the staff at this dump decided to block in my truck so that I couldn’t get in when I needed to go see a doctor in Lancaster. They parked literally 6 inches from my truck on the drivers side. I’m not sure of the name but they live on rich st. Why? Because I have a Donald Trump sticker on my truck. If this is the way they treat neighbors, what do you think they will do to you if you’re conservative?
What even is this place? Went in with severe gastrointestinal issues, migraines, and a serious cough. Looked at me for a millisecond and ASKED me if I WANTED an X-ray of my stomach. X rays. Not an ultrasound. X rays. They didn't even know where to send me for said x rays. It was ridiculous. Angelo was not very nice at all. Rude even. That being said, the medical assistant was extremely kind and friendly and efficient.
Love every provider my family has seen! So very informative and the front desk is super pleasant as well!
