Great for Renting too! – Mae Weeks isn't just great for buying, she's an awesome "landlady". We've been renting from her for over a year now and it's been wonderful. If there's ever a problem, she takes care of it and she's just so sweet it's a pleasure to know her.

Best house seller in memphis – So I bought a house from them and I have had no problems at all.For in fact I got the house for under market value then after that I got my closing paid for,new appliances and cash at closing. So I think who ever wrote and say they was trying to get over I think you didnt have any money or good credit which one was it or was it both?

Mae is the best realtor in the business – this is in regards to the negative review above. The appraisal has nothing to do with the realtor, in most situations the buyer or the mortgage company will set up the appraisal. You have more than just the realtor involved in purchacing a home so this person needs to right a review on the appraisal company. As for what they wrote about not getting the ernest money back it was probably used to pay for the appraisal and i realy realy doubt it appraised for 30000 less. Come on so this ... read more

May be good for a seller but NOT for a buyer. Using Christian faith as a business tool is not ethical. – This is my first message. I had to fire her as our real estate agent because she was not a neutral party between me and the seller. There were numerous delays in getting the house appraised. The appraiser was either on vacation or the seller was not ready for the appraisal. When our inspecter inspeced the house and found numerous structural problems we decided not to buy the house.
