This was the first time I visited this store looking for a part I needed for home security. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I will be back for more products in the future.
Had an excellent customer service experience with Mike. He assisted me in the paint department and was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. He helped bring everything to the checkout and helped me right to my car. Excellent service!
Had the best customer service today! I came in to pick up an air conditioner that I had ordered. I randomly met your employee Mike walking through the store. He greeted me and instantly ran to get my order. He went above and beyond for me by walking me to cash and then to my car to load it. What a pleasant experience. Mike knows the true meaning of customer service. Ill definitely come back!
Tim is the best. Today I went to the Home Hardware on Queenston Road because I needed a replacement key made for my room after I lost the original one. However, the key that was made for me did not fit the lock. When I returned to the store with the key, the employees who were there told me that this was the only key size they had and that nothing else could be done.
