I had to put in a new clothing line and went to this home hardware location because it was on my route. I had a nice chat with an elderly employee, whom I believe was in his 70s. He took the time to explain what I needed to do. I was very impressed. One week later and I'm looking for putty for the windows in my garage. The store was empty of customers. Very friendly staff, great cashier, great customer service and great knowledgeable man in plumbing. I thought they were friendly in Waterdown but they are more so in the Queenston Road store.
