Good Store With Friendly Staff specially Brent. He helped us through out the process. Great Customer Service.
I dealt with Four different staff members and they were all awesome. Price matched one of their own products that they were sold out of that was on sale. They even offered to carry the stuff to my car for me because I had a couple of heavy items. On top of all that they had a discount at the cash register so I ended up getting an additional 10% off my entire order. I only give home hardware a 1/2 stat because they wanted me today @ 3:50 pm when I rode my bike up to queenston location to shop for some Dewalt tools I was looking for which they didn’t have hardly any Dewalt tools and also the senior employees told me if I’m gonna shop around in their store more I would have to put my backpack behind their desk so I decided to leave the store empty handed because of her saying that to me as a loyal customer.
