Had an excellent customer service experience with Mike. He assisted me in the paint department and was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. He helped bring everything to the checkout and helped me right to my car. Excellent service!
Had the best customer service today! I came in to pick up an air conditioner that I had ordered. I randomly met your employee Mike walking through the store. He greeted me and instantly ran to get my order. He went above and beyond for me by walking me to cash and then to my car to load it. What a pleasant experience. Mike knows the true meaning of customer service. Ill definitely come back!
Tim is the best. Today I went to the Home Hardware on Queenston Road because I needed a replacement key made for my room after I lost the original one. However, the key that was made for me did not fit the lock. When I returned to the store with the key, the employees who were there told me that this was the only key size they had and that nothing else could be done. Good Store With Friendly Staff specially Brent. He helped us through out the process. Great Customer Service.
I dealt with Four different staff members and they were all awesome. Price matched one of their own products that they were sold out of that was on sale. They even offered to carry the stuff to my car for me because I had a couple of heavy items. On top of all that they had a discount at the cash register so I ended up getting an additional 10% off my entire order.
