Nice folks, hard workers, great home experience
I am so glad our family chose a David weekly home 6 years ago. The craftsmanship is awesome, however the real value is their customer service. They respond timely to ANY request and if they cannot help you, they will guide you to other resources. Penny in the office is so amazing and full of compassion. Thomas and his team came out today and helped with our floors. They did an amazing job and our house is quiet as a mouse now. No squeaking. Thanks David weekly for all you do to please families that choose you as a builder.

We have been having ongoing drainage issues since moving into the home and DW keep saying "as long as it drains within 48 hours not our problem". They installed drains between our homes that simply don't work but will do nothing about it, so every time it rains we are left with a pond in our yards. We have had 3 independent contractors look at the drainage and all have said its not sufficient, and DW response to this "they are just saying that because they want your money".
