Our travel trailer fan in our air conditioner broke the first night of our stay in the middle of summer . not only did they answered right away but they responded to our need within just a couple hours . They fixed the broken fan temporarily and got it working 5eally well before ordering a new one to install at a later time . We were stranded for three days after the serpentine belt on our RV broke. We had other mechanics try to help, but no one could figure it out. Then came Fred from Weekend Hero RV, and he immediately knew exactly what size belt we needed. He installed it in just a few minutes and had us back on the road right away. We were staying overnight in Barstow and noticed a tire wearing badly. We called Weekend Hero to see if they could help us. Fred didn't hesitate and very kindly said he could be out first thing in the morning. He came right on time and rotated the tires as well.
