Insane - had an appointment scheduled today that they texted me to confirm twice. I show up (after driving an hour here) and the doors are locked, lights are off, and phone disconnected. Their automated system literally confirmed I’d be there this morning. Totally unacceptable not to notify patients of a closure like this.
Website and signage on door says they're open but when I got here, no one is in the office. Could be dangerous for someone seeking emergency care to come here when the office is lying about their availability
I had a lot of dental work done here over the past couple of years and have been satisfied overall. I was scheduled for my six month cleaning this week and received a confirmation text like usual. When I arrived everything was locked up and when I called the number was disconnected. I'm disappointed to see them shut down as it was very convenient to have a dentist that is open late and on weekends.
I have been trying to get in touch with WD for over 3 months to get my crown put in and all numbers are disconnected and no one responds to the email. What is going on??
I’m pretty sure this place closed down! I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Dental Board regarding neglect treatment for my daughter and when I obtained the records I clearly spotted fraud! The X-rays and notes did not match what was actually done! Look up Dr Jimenez he is under disciplinary. Why are all the phone numbers disconnected!
