HORRIBLE place to live. I was here for 7 years and during that time we got a roach infestation from the walls that they NEVER solved. My roommates ceiling had a leak from rain that wasn’t fixed for almost a year and I could never get anyone from building management on the phone! This place is a genuine scam and I’d stay away if you have respect for yourself! I still have issues with this building after moving to date and have YET to get them on the phone!

Update I'm writing this review for the public good of many because this management is disaster. I've been living in one of their property(4918 Park Ave) for almost 1 year now. Last time the city inspector came, he pointed out our balcony's ceiling looked not in good condition and needed to be fixed. During the inspection, the apartment's superintendent was next to us.
