I asked Brent to assess the repairability of a power steering leak. He stopped what he was doing, went under the van, then reported bad news. I said I would return home, adding fluid as I went and "How Much?" His reply was, "Nothing!" (The local Chevy dealer had previously quoted a minimum 1/2 hour labour -$60- to assess).
