Finally, someone from Lawn Squad came to our doorstep after a few weeks of waiting. Though it was not very clear to me what work was done that day, we definitely noticed that the grass in our front yard looks greener already, which we appreciate. However, our grass is getting tall now and definitely needs to be cut or trimmed. I’m just not sure if mowing/trimming is included in the service plan or when they will be coming back for the next service.
