After being loyal customers for over a year, we were horribly treated when most of our lawn suddenly died after one of their treatments in early September. Unfortunately, there are times when issues arise despite our best efforts. Our philosophy is that when we make mistakes, we own them and work with the customer to make them right. The guys came out and went over what they were going to do. Took the machine off of the truck and were done in 15 minutes. Good of density and depth. Very satisfied.
The Weed Man is a great company. The customer service is excellent and friendly. If I call with an issue, they are quick to resolve it without a hassle. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I was sick and had to reschedule and they did with no issues. I would highly recommend them.
