I did not hire Weedman yet they fertilized my lawn (after I had already done it myself). I get it - mistakes happen, house numbers are hard to read, etc. I have spent close to 2 hours of my own time moving my sprinkler, calling weedman, and dealing with this issue. I get that I am not your customer, but I am now your problem - not an easy company to get a straight answer out of or a timely resolution. last fall they over fertilized our front lawn and killed it, when we contacted them they didn't take ownership of the damage and had the attitude that it wasn't them. They don't seem to care about their reputation as we would have been more than willing to work with them to replace the grass. They just take your money and RUN!
We hired the services of this company in 2021 and they only showed up 2 times during the season. We had weed issues that we have never had before. We contacted Weedman a handful of times to address this issues and they didn't call us back. This year we hired another company. Weedman called us to sell us their service again. We explained to the rep what happened. Again they promised a manager would call us back and never did. Watch out for these guys. We just received an email regarding our "first visit" for the season though we have not requested care. Very sketchy because a lot of people will likely ignore these emails and then get charged for a service recieved that they did not want.
Came to my door uninvited trying to sell me their services. Seen in the news years ago about this company’s wide spread tactic of just performing work on people’s lawn who never agreed to ANY of their services & then billing them.
