one star, only because I can't give less, weed man promised less winter kill if I bought a special fall application. Winter kill the following spring was the worst I'd experienced. Cancelled the summer program and did it myself with much better results. They now hound me by phone at least twice a month. After I cancelled one of their technicians literally walked into my backyard and starting asking why I was'nt interested in renewing. It felt pretty invasive. Stay away from these guys
Did not have a good experience with Weed Man. The technicians who come to do the work generally communicate poorly and prefer to leave leaflets instead of speaking with you. There was ongoing miscommunication throughout the year between the office and the technicians. When I was asked for feedback, I tried to explain the issues and was told I needed to read the leaflets and emails, as that seemed to be their preferred way of communicating. Like others, Weed Man serviced my moms lawn when we requested the account to be closed. Treated the lawn without permission & then harassed for payment
I want to thank the great staff at Weed Man for the super service provided this past year. My lawn looks full and lush. I appreciate receiving the service reports after each service. Anytime I called for assistance to weed control, my needs were filled. Great work Weed Man crew.
