Very annoying company! I requested a quote over 5 years ago, never used them and yet to this day.. they call me multiple times a day/all different hours every spring. Despite me asking them to remove me from the call list.
The first year we used these folks, we were pleased for sure. The last year we used them, not so much. We were having issues with weeds and despite visits from office folks nothing improved. One of them even suggested we dig an area out and replace it with rocks or something. Then, when winter hits, the phone calls start. I started out very politely, and told them how they’d failed. This was my first and last time using weedman. I'm not happy with the service. I constantly had to call to get someone to come out to complete the services, there wasn't a noticeable difference in my lawn, and I just received an email that they auto enrolled me in $600 of services next year and that if I didn't call and pause, they would be here when the snow melts and provide me an invoice.
