Despite canceling Weed Man years ago and requesting they loose my number I still get contacted for new services. I WOULD NOT USE IF IT WAS FREE. Is what I tell them each time, perhaps putting it in writing will get my name off the call list? Allow me to explain. The service provider applied chemicals to my lawn without my consent and charged me for it. Not only did I not request this service, but it also does not meet my needs. Despite my complaint, the service provider insisted on their subscription model, demanding payment for a service I never requested. When I asked for a copy of the agreement that supposedly justified this, they were unable to provide it. Nor can I find any information about this on their website. My first season with Weed man and I can't say enough good things. Lawn looks fantastic, they called me to see how things are going a few times. Because this was the first season, I had some weeds coming back, after their follow up call with me, they came and sprayed the weeds again at no charge twice. Highly recommend, great customer service.
I hired this lawn care company (Weed Man) 2 years in a row to have nice looking lawn, on the other hand, I ended up completely dead front yard . Last year, after first application of weed control and fertilizer, my lawn was slowly captured by weed again, so applied the 2nd application and right after 3-4 days, grasses were dead in several spots in backyard and front yard. If i could give 100 stars i would!!!!! This is my first season with weed man and my yard was in terrible shape very bare lots of weeds. I was almost sure it was beyond repairable. I got the full season package along with aeration and slit seeding and the difference is amazing i have a thick healthy lawn that my family now enjoys. I will continue with weedman for years to come.
